Quinoa Mini Burgers
Quinoa, carrots, broccoli and zucchini give this true delight a nutty touch and makes it deliciously soft and juicy. Sunflower seeds add a little extra crunch. Parsley and a hint of lemon round off the recipe.

Ready to be eaten. Preparation: Heat in pan with some oil or grease for around 8-10 minutes at medium temperature, when using a coated pan, no grease is necessary. Alternatively, heat in pre-heated stove at around 200°C for about 6-8 minutes. Also suitable for the BBQ and microwave with grill function. Close tightly after opening and consume as soon as possible.
